A Technical Energy Audit (TEA) and retro-commissioning services were provided, which included a one year performance period where they found energy savings through reduction in heating/cooling/humidification loads, increased economizer operations, and a reduction in run-time hours of their 412,340 square feet of office and conditioned warehouse facility space.
