The Iconergy Story: Shaping the Future of Energy Performance Solutions and Sustainability Consulting

At Iconergy, we are more than just a team of experienced energy engineering and design build professionals. We are a collective driven by a shared commitment to excellence in program and project management. Our focus goes beyond technical skills and delivery, ensuring happy clients and exceptional outcomes every step of the way

About Iconergy

Iconergy was founded in 2011 and is a Colorado-owned engineering and sustainability professional services firm supporting national and international clients. Our team is driven to optimize the systems in your building for energy and water efficiency as well as comfort and lowest overall operating cost. Whether your building is entering the design phase or is several decades old, we offer engineering services that solve your toughest challenges.

Why our Clients Enjoy Working with our Team

When our clients hire Iconergy, they know they are receiving a local team that is dedicated team to providing the services and achieve the outcome our clients deserve. We only take on projects that our team is certain we can finish on schedule and within budget. Our team takes the time to listen to our clients to understand not only their challenges, but the vision of what a successful project looks like. This allows our team to be fully focused on fewer projects to ensure our standard of excellence exceeds the expectations of our clients.

We treat each project as if it were our own building. Iconergy has no bias to any systems or equipment brands, which allows us more flexibility in making the best suggestions to our clients that fit their project goals. By paying close attention to details on projects, we are able to meet our projected energy and water savings, reduce risk of equipment malfunction, and achieve sustainability and greenhouse gas reduction goals.

By doing this, vast majority of our clients engage Iconergy in additional projects and refer us to other entities who know our services will benefit their building’s needs to achieve optimal performance.

Our Team

Our team at Iconergy is comprised of people who do what is in the best interest for our clients’ projects. Even our company name, Iconergy, comes from the term Iconoclast, which in our interpretation, means to go beyond business as usual to truly enhance the value of a building. We are exactly this. We are innovative engineers and specialists who have creative solutions that make facilities operate better.

Nearly 50 engineers, construction managers, and other sustainability and facility specialists make up our team who predominately reside in Colorado as well as Chicago. Our team is driven to ensure facilities operations are optimized such that the occupants are comfortable, utility bills are lower, and achieve a sustainable outcome. Our clients appreciate that the team they see presented in our proposals and interviews is the team who is going to show up for their project. More details about our executive team can be found below as well as our current staff.
