Iconergy was contracted by Miller Global Properties to perform commissioning services for the seven-story, 216,811 square foot Dry Creek Center. This Class A office project was initially only a core and shell building; however, the tenant also then contracted with Iconergy to provide core and interior commissioning as well during the tenant fit out.
