Executive Summary
Iconergy provided retro-commissioning (RCx) and monitoring-based commissioning (MBCx) services for the New Belgium Brewery campus in Fort Collins, Colorado. The nearly 200,000-square-foot facility includes brewing, bottling, administrative offices, a tasting room, and a process water treatment facility. As one of the first breweries in the United States to achieve carbon-neutral certification, New Belgium sought operational improvements to strengthen energy performance and support sustainability goals. Iconergy’s work identified and supported measures yielding meaningful energy savings with rapid payback and enabled continued performance tracking through EMIS integration.
