A private hospitality company sought assistance to assess and upgrade energy systems at a large luxury condominium resort in Breckenridge, Colorado. Facing aging mechanical equipment and opportunities for substantial efficiency gains, the company partnered with us to perform a Technical Energy Audit and implement the resulting EPC scope. Challenges included coordinating boiler plant replacement around owner-driven construction delays and ensuring uninterrupted heating during the winter season—necessitating temporary heating solutions to maintain 24/7 building operations.

We also designed and deployed temporary heating to maintain uninterrupted operations during winter construction.
