Iconergy performed retro-commissioning (RCx) services for a confidential corporate client at a 1.2-million-square-foot mixed-use campus located in the Chicago metropolitan area. The campus consists of two large buildings supporting laboratories, offices, food service, and business operations. Iconergy evaluated central plants, air handling systems, and control strategies to identify and implement operational energy conservation measures (ECMs) that delivered significant electrical and natural gas savings with an exceptionally short payback period.
