Executive Summary

Iconergy provided commissioning services for the Health Professions & Science Building at Red Rocks Community College (RRCC) on the Arvada campus. The project included a 25,000-square-foot renovation and a 50,000-square-foot addition, totaling approximately 75,000 square feet of laboratory, classroom, office, and lecture hall space. Commissioning services began during design and continued through construction, acceptance, and warranty phases. Iconergy commissioned all mechanical systems and lighting controls—including laboratory ventilation and air valve systems—and supported implementation of a fault diagnostic software program to monitor and sustain performance over time.
