Executive Summary
Iconergy has partnered with Colorado State University (CSU) since 2008 to provide comprehensive commissioning, monitoring-based commissioning, retro-commissioning, and energy modeling services across CSU’s Main, Foothills, and South campuses. Services span new construction, major renovations, high-containment research laboratories, medical and veterinary facilities, athletic venues, and large-scale campus infrastructure. These efforts support CSU’s sustainability, LEED certification, and long-term operational performance goals. Iconergy was selected by CSU as their sole on-call commissioning provider for retro-commissioning and commissioning of retrofit projects.
