Executive Summary
Iconergy was contracted by the City of Aspen to support development of local Building Performance Standards (BPS) by conducting ASHRAE Level II energy audits and benchmarking for a representative sample of existing buildings. The City has established a goal of achieving net-zero greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 2050. This effort focused on understanding current building performance, identifying energy and emissions reduction opportunities, and providing realistic cost and savings data to inform future policy decisions.
