Executive Summary
Iconergy was selected by the Town of Center to design and implement an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) integrated water meter system for previously unmetered residential taps. The EPC scope included installation of new meter pits, battery-operated ultrasonic meters, cellular endpoints, and integration of metering data into the Town’s existing Caselle billing platform. Iconergy performed an Investment Grade Audit (IGA) to confirm project feasibility and supported applications for grants and low-interest loans through the Colorado Energy Office EPC program.

Funding & Delivery Approach
Iconergy supported the Town’s applications for grants and low-interest financing. Project costs are repaid over a 20-year period through the Colorado Energy Office EPC program, supported by enhanced revenue recovery enabled by consumptive metering.
