Executive Summary
Iconergy has provided long-term energy efficiency, commissioning, and retro-commissioning services for Boulder Valley School District (BVSD) as part of the District’s 2014 Bond Program and subsequent post-bond initiatives. Services have been delivered across more than 20 schools and district facilities, supporting HVAC upgrades, system optimization, sustainability goals, and improved indoor environmental quality. This ongoing partnership spans over a decade and more than one million square feet of K–12 facilities.
Program Overview
As part of BVSD’s Bond Initiatives, Iconergy supported the portion of the bond dedicated to HVAC upgrades and energy efficiency improvements. The program included schools receiving capital upgrades, as well as facilities not receiving major construction but benefiting from retro-commissioning of existing high-efficiency mechanical systems.
