Commissioning services were performed for the 120,000-square-foot renovation and 50,000-square-foot addition. The space includes a new 256-seat theater and 100-seat recital hall, new rehearsal halls, and a dance studio. The project was built to achieve LEED O+M: Existing Buildings v3 – LEED 2009 Silver certification.
