Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning and measurement and verification were performed for the renovation of the existing high school and elementary school as well as the 57,000 square foot addition. The BEST grant-funded project was being renovated with careful consideration for maintaining the historical integrity of the building and was LEED BD+C: Schools v3 – LEED 2009 certified.
