Commissioning was performed for the 122,000 square foot research and academic facility that also includes a Student Success Center. The building facilitates research for biomedical engineering, bioanalytic devices, synthetic biology, health and energy, and environmental engineering with an interdisciplinary approach. This project achieved LEED BD+C: New Construction v3 – LEED 2009 Gold certification.
