Commissioning was performed for the 73,400 square foot elementary school. This bond-funded project was a major renovation project that resulted in nearly all new HVAC high efficiency mechanical systems. Iconergy started this project as an energy consultant to evaluate the buildings and develop design solutions, which were turned over to the future design team.
