Commissioning services were performed for this 73,461 square foot, three-story building that houses a theater that includes two green rooms, lobbies, reception area, and conference rooms. This historic building renovation and addition project was constructed through a phasing plan in order to continue occupancy during construction. The project achieved LEED BD+C: New Construction v3 – LEED 2009 Silver certification.
