Overview
Colorado Parks and Wildlife sought to improve facility operations, reduce energy consumption, and meet state mandates under HB21-1286 and EO D2022 016. We conducted an Investment Grade Audit and developed a comprehensive EPC project addressing aging systems and supporting compliance.
Solutions
Our team conducted a full Investment Grade Audit and implemented energy-saving upgrades including LED retrofits, skylights, daylighting controls, major HVAC equipment replacement, and a solar PV canopy designed to offset consumption of both the HQ and adjacent law enforcement training facility.
Results
The project is expected to reduce operational costs, improve occupant comfort, modernize outdated systems, and support compliance with Colorado energy mandates. Solar PV and efficiency upgrades will reduce emissions and contribute toward state sustainability goals.
